Counselling for Families

Family members may want to take up counselling sessions for various reasons. Counselling can assist exploring each person’s views and difficulties in their family. Sometimes family members have taken on a position or role within the family they may struggle with or wish to change.

Everyone’s stance and opinion can be heard in their entirety whilst I will promote positive communication and interactions, that could be useful for speaking and collaborating more effectively with each other. The counselling process can improve family relationships whilst evaluating different ways forward. If more than two family members wish to attend counselling I will suggest for my colleague Sarah Thorpe, Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist to co-facilitate the session to support you as well as possible.
